To be delivered within a very short time frame, the project entailed the renovation to the existing structure, including:

• the expansion of the restaurant, kitchen, preparation area, office and deli (Pastry House) on the ground floor; and
  
  
• the expansion of the conference facility on the second floor.

Services provided included project management and interior design, resulting in the delivery of a seamless solution for the client.
